Every tent has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and flushing toilet. Just let the team know when you would like a hot shower and they will have hot water ready for you.

Yes. All tents have a 24-hour electricity supply, so you can charge devices and enjoy modern comforts throughout your stay.

Yes, laundry is available at an additional charge. Our staff make sure your clothing is cleaned and refreshed so you can travel light.

Sero runs in two places each year. From 1 December to 30 March the camp is at Ndutu, in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, for the calving season. From 1 June to 30 October it is at Kogatende, in the northern Serengeti near the Mara River, for the river crossings. Our head office is at MEC House, 6th Floor, Arusha.

It depends on the wildlife spectacle you want to see. For the calving season in Ndutu, the camp runs from 1 December to 30 March. For the river crossings in the Serengeti, the camp runs from 1 June to 30 October.

Sero Tented Camps is positioned near the main migration routes, putting you close to the action during the Great Migration season.

The surroundings are home to a wide range of wildlife, from wildebeest and zebra to the big cats. What you see varies with the season and the natural movements of the animals.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other diets can be catered for. Please tell us about your dietary requirements in advance so our chefs can plan.
